The main issues in education in Morocco are illiteracy, high dropout and repetition rates, no access to education or equipment as a result of poverty. Morocco received 244 recommendations in the 3rd cycle, accepted 191 of those and 12% of recommendations focused on quality education (SDG4).

Out of the 257 recommendations offered during the 3rd UPR Cycle of 2017, the Philippines accepted all those concerning education under paragraphs 133.219 – 133.225, committing to prioritise expenditure towards public education. Main issues in education include high dropout and low enrollment rates, as well as discrimination.

The main problem in the Polish educational system is the lack of consistency of actions that arises from the frequently changing government authorities. Poland received 185 recommendations and supported 144 recommendations during the 3rd cycle in 2017.
